Today, I am grateful for a quiet moment alone with my favourite cup of coffee. After my yoga class, my body felt relaxed and my mind felt spacious, so I slipped into a cafe to simply sit, breathe, and enjoy my own company.
There is a special kind of peace that comes from being alone without feeling lonely. Just me, my thoughts, the gentle rhythm of people moving around me, and the warm comfort of a simple kopi in my hands. I took my time sipping it, watching the world go by, and allowing myself to rest fully in the present moment.
As I sat there, I felt a deep sense of gratitude for this little pocket of freedom in my day. To be able to pause without rushing. To reflect without pressure. To enjoy a moment of stillness after a good practice. These are the small blessings that remind me of how fortunate I am.
Life has its ups and downs, but peaceful moments like this bring me back to myself. I am thankful for solitude, for rest, for coffee, and for the gentle reminder that I can find joy even in the simplest places.
