Today, I’m feeling deeply grateful.
After the three Mini Mochi Cats were adopted at VOA5 Roots and Wings, I received two more requests to paint another pair — all in support of Thye Hua Kwan Moral Society. I’m thankful for the trust, the generosity, and the kind hearts behind these requests.
I spent the entire afternoon quietly painting, brush in hand, fully present in the process. There was something especially meaningful about knowing that each stroke was contributing to a good cause. Time slowed down, and the act of painting felt both peaceful and purposeful.
Being able to dedicate my time and creativity to support Thye Hua Kwan Moral Society means a lot to me. Art has always been my way of expressing care, and today reminded me how powerful it can be when creativity meets compassion.
I’m grateful for the opportunity to give back through my art, and for the chance to turn something I love into something that can help others.
A simple afternoon, a few small paintings, and a heart full of gratitude.
