17 Dec 2025 – Grateful for a Challenging and Joyful Practice

Today, I’m feeling deeply grateful after a two hour yoga class with Master Ram. It was a session filled with learning, challenge, and a lot of joy.

I learned so much about proper breathing techniques and how breath supports both strength and stability. Master Ram also shared clear and practical methods to ease into more challenging poses like crow pose and headstand. The guidance helped me understand that these poses are not about force or fear, but about alignment, awareness, and trust in the process.

The practice was definitely challenging, yet it was also incredibly fun. I could feel myself improving little by little, gaining more confidence and clarity with each attempt. Moments like these remind me why I love yoga so much.

Yoga teaches us patience and self respect. We do not force our bodies into difficult poses. Instead, we listen, breathe, and gently ease our way in. Progress happens naturally when we honour where we are.

Grateful for good teachers, a strong practice, and the quiet satisfaction of growing step by step on the mat. 🙏🧘‍♀️✨
