Today, I’m feeling especially grateful for Bobby, my sweet cat, who surprised me in the best way during bath time.
Baths are usually not his favourite activity. He often gets feisty, angry, and very vocal during and after, turning the whole experience into a small battle of wills. But today was different. He was noticeably calmer and far more agreeable, allowing the bath to go smoothly and peacefully.
Now he is all clean and wonderfully soft, perfect for cuddling. There is something so comforting about holding a freshly bathed cat, feeling their warmth, and enjoying those quiet moments of closeness.
Moments like these remind me that life’s richness often comes from the people we spend our days with.
