Today, I feel grateful for my adopted plants, my quiet companions that bring life, calm, and good energy into my home.
There’s Ruby, my bright and glorious red Aglaonema, bold and confident, standing tall with her vibrant leaves. She feels like the heart of the family, grounding the space with her strong presence.
Then there are Pip, Peep, and Pop, three tiny pots of Fittonia, each one cute in their own way. Small but full of character, they sit together like a little trio, reminding me how joy often comes in the smallest forms.
Bud, my little money plant, and Zig, my young snake plant, were lovingly repotted by my helper. Watching them settle into their new homes felt like giving them a fresh start, and seeing them grow is quietly rewarding.
I gave all of them names because they are living beings, and I treat them like my pets. They may not move or make sounds, but they respond to care, attention, and intention. There’s something deeply comforting about nurturing plants, watching new leaves emerge, and knowing that growth takes time.
Plants bring a sense of serenity and good vibes into my space. There’s something about greenery that makes you feel calmer, more present, and more connected to life. They remind me to slow down, to care, and to appreciate the simple, steady rhythms of nature.
Grateful for this little plant family and the quiet joy they bring into my everyday life.
