There is something reassuring about being guided by someone experienced. Each adjustment, each stretch felt purposeful, helping me understand my body better and move with more care.
We also worked on splits with a forward bend, which challenged both my flexibility and focus. It was not easy, but there was a quiet sense of progress. The body softens gradually, and today I could feel that subtle shift, a little more openness, a little more length.
Moments like this remind me that yoga is not just about achieving a pose. It is about the relationship we build with our body over time. Listening, respecting, and allowing it to unfold at its own pace.
I am grateful for the opportunity to learn, to heal, and to grow through this practice. Grateful for a teacher who guides with care, and for a body that continues to respond, adapt, and move forward.
Today I give thanks for progress, however small, and for the journey of becoming stronger and more aware each day.
