Today I feel deeply grateful for the care and support I received when I experienced a sudden backache.
It came on unexpectedly, and there was a moment of discomfort and concern. But I was fortunate to be in the presence of Master Ram and Shilpa, who guided me with calmness and experience.
Through gentle yoga therapy, they helped me move carefully and mindfully, easing the tension in my back. There was no force, only awareness and subtle adjustments that allowed the body to release what it was holding on to. I could feel the tightness gradually soften.
The application of a hot pack on my back brought immediate comfort. The warmth seeped into the muscles, helping them relax and unwind. It was a simple yet powerful reminder of how the body responds to care and attention.
What I am most grateful for is not just the techniques, but the presence of people who genuinely want to help. Their guidance, patience, and attentiveness made a big difference in how I experienced the discomfort.
Moments like this remind me how important it is to have the right support and knowledge. Healing does not have to be complicated. Sometimes, it is about being guided gently back to balance.
Today I give thanks for their help, for the relief I felt, and for a body that continues to respond and recover with the right care.
