This exhibition is a wonderful opportunity to immerse yourself in a wide range of artworks and to support local artists. I will be showcasing selected pieces from my collection, and it would mean a lot to have you there.

If you are available, do drop by, take your time to explore, and say hello.

Looking forward to seeing you there.

Below are my paintings at the exhibition:

Caged and Uncaged

This painting explores the contrast between two ways of living. One that is safe, contained, and protected, and another that is free, unpredictable, and exposed.

The birds within the cages live in a kind of gilded safety. They are cared for and surrounded by beauty, yet their freedom is limited. Outside the cages, life is free and full of movement, but also filled with risks and uncertainty.

Neither is entirely right or wrong. Safety often comes at the cost of freedom, while freedom carries its own dangers. Sometimes, Safety is also a form of Freedom.

Through this piece, I reflect on this delicate balance and invite us to consider what we choose in our own lives. The comfort of being protected, or the uncertainty of being free.

Cats, birds, and butterflies in cages, a colorful and whimsical art exhibition scene.

Shelves of Stories

This painting is a collection of moments, each shelf holding fragments of life, memories, and emotions.

Every object tells a story. Some reflect challenges, lessons, and the struggles we go through. Others hold beauty, tenderness, and the simple joys that make life meaningful. Together, they form a quiet narrative of navigating life, one experience at a time.

The shelves represent how we carry our stories. Layered, evolving, and deeply personal. Some are carefully preserved, some are playful, and some are reminders of growth.

In the midst of life’s challenges, there is always beauty. And in the beauty, there are lessons that shape who we become.

This piece is a reflection of that balance. A reminder that life is not just about the highs or the lows, but the stories we gather along the way.
