At DanielleArt, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. Every artwork is created with care, and we want you to feel completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your painting, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Customers may return a painting for any reason if they are not satisfied.
- The artwork must be returned in its original, perfect condition.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the artwork.
2. How to Request a Return

Upon receiving your request, we will:
- Confirm the return request.
- Provide the return shipping address.
- Request the following photos for verification:
- A photo of the painting without any packing.
- A photo of the painting fully packed for return shipment.
This helps ensure proper handling and protects both you and us in case of transit damage.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
- Any initial delivery shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking and insurance for safe return of the artwork.
4. Condition of Returned Artwork
When the painting arrives back at our studio, we will carefully inspect it for:
- Damage caused by improper packing from the customer
- Damage sustained at the customer’s location
- Damage that occurred during return transit
If the artwork is found to be in perfect, original condition, the refund process will proceed.
If the artwork arrives damaged, the refund may not be approved. This includes:
- Creases, dents, tears, scratches
- Water damage
- Paint transfer or smudging
- Any structural or surface damage not present before shipment
We will document and share photos of any issues with you.
5. Refund Process
Once the returned painting is verified to be in acceptable condition:
- A refund will be processed within 3 working days.
- Refunds are issued via our payment processor, to the same method used for the original purchase.
6. Damaged Artwork on Arrival
If your painting arrives damaged from the courier:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
- Send us clear photos of:
- The damaged area
- The outer packaging
- The shipping label
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
7. Non-Returnable Items
For clarity:
- Custom or commissioned artworks are not eligible for return unless damaged upon arrival.
- Digital products (if any are sold in future) are non-refundable.
