What an incredible night.
The opening of VOA5 Roots and Wings was filled with joy, energy, and a deep sense of fulfilment as the exhibition finally came to life. After days of preparation, seeing the gallery lit up and alive with people, moving from artwork to artwork, sharing conversations, taking photos, and experiencing the space together, was truly heartwarming.
I was overjoyed to see familiar faces who have supported my artistic journey, and equally delighted to welcome new friends stepping into this creative space for the very first time. Your presence made the evening feel vibrant and complete.
Walking through the exhibition, I found myself in awe of the incredible talent surrounding me, from established master artists whose works carry wisdom and mastery, to emerging artists who bring fresh perspectives and bold creativity. Together, their artworks created a rich tapestry of expression, each piece adding its own voice to the story of Roots and Wings.
Tonight was more than an opening; it was a celebration of community, creativity, and the shared belief that art has the power to connect, uplift, and inspire.
Thank you to everyone who came, supported, and celebrated with us. My heart is full, and I’m excited for the journey this exhibition will continue to unfold.
