6 Jan 2026 – Grateful for Healing, Patience, and Ancient Wisdom

Today, I feel deeply grateful for Shilpa, my Ayurveda therapist, who has been helping me on my journey to overcome NAFL, a condition I had for many years.

After an ultrasound last month, I was relieved and encouraged to learn that much of the fat in my liver has already been flushed out, with just a little more left to clear. It felt like tangible proof that the months of care, consistency, and patience have been working.

Shilpa has been supporting me through this health concern for the past few months with such dedication and calm assurance. Her patience, attentiveness, and Ayurvedic skill have made this healing journey feel safe and sustainable. She never rushes the process, always listening to the body and respecting its natural rhythm.

I am also deeply thankful to Dr Satyam who first diagnosed me. As both a medical doctor and a highly respected Ayurveda physician in Singapore, his guidance bridged modern diagnostics with ancient wisdom. The treatment he prescribed, and which Shilpa carefully carried out, has made a meaningful difference to my health.

This experience has reminded me that true healing often happens quietly and steadily. It requires trust, discipline, and the right people walking alongside you.
