10 Apr 2026 – Gratitude for A Step Forward in Health

Today, I feel grateful for something I used to take for granted – my health.

I recently completed my health checks, and while not everything is perfect, there is a quiet sense of relief. Some of the indicators that had concerned me in the past are now looking more normal compared to last year. It may not be a complete transformation, but it is progress. And that matters.

There are still ongoing health challenges that I have been managing for years. Some days are easier, some days require more patience. It has not been a straightforward journey, and at times, it can feel frustrating.

But today, I choose to focus on what has improved.

I am especially grateful for the role yoga has played over the past year. The consistency, the discipline, the moments of strength and stillness have not only shaped my body, but also my mindset. It has taught me to listen more closely, to respect my limits, and to trust the process of gradual healing.

Health is not always about instant results. Sometimes it is about showing up, day after day, even when changes are not immediately visible.

This small shift in my health indicators is a reminder that the effort is not in vain.

Grateful for the progress.
Grateful for the practice.
Grateful for a body that continues to respond, adapt, and heal in its own time.

And I will continue this journey with patience, trust, and care.
