Today, I paused to reflect on my new startup, and I can finally see it taking shape.
For a long time, it felt like an idea. Something conceptual, something uncertain. But now, it is becoming real.
I heard from the team that the majority of the tech work is done. That alone feels like a significant milestone. So many moving parts, so much complexity behind the scenes, and yet it has come together steadily.
In the next two weeks, the code will be moved to the cloud server.
Another step forward. Another shift from building to preparing.
As I take this in, I realise the focus now turns to me. Planning for launch. Thinking through the go to market strategy. Positioning, messaging, outreach, execution.
This is where things can either drift or accelerate.
I feel a mix of excitement and responsibility. There is momentum, but it needs direction. It needs clarity. It needs decisions.
Still, today I choose to be grateful.
Grateful that the tech is coming together well.
Grateful for a team that has carried this forward.
Grateful that what once felt distant is now within reach.
At the same time, I recognise that this is not the finish line.
It is the starting point of a new phase.
One that will require focus, discipline, and courage to put this out into the world.
And maybe that’s what growth looks like.
Not just building something.
But stepping forward to share it, and being ready for what comes next.
