5 Nov 2025 – Grateful for an Energising Yoga Practice today

Today’s yoga practice left me feeling both challenged and alive. We explored many new poses and moved through them in a more dynamic flow than usual. It was not an easy session, my body was pushed in ways it hadn’t experienced before, yet it felt deeply satisfying.

Whoever says yoga is not tiring has never felt the burn of holding a strong pose or the intensity of moving with full awareness. I was sweating throughout the class, my breath steady but heavy, and every muscle felt fully awake. It was the kind of practice that demanded presence, strength, and surrender all at once.

Now, as I rest and feel the ache in my muscles, I smile. It is the good kind of ache, the kind that reminds me that I am growing stronger, healthier, and more connected to my body. Each bead of sweat, each stretch, each held pose is part of that quiet journey of transformation.

I am grateful for how my body is adapting, learning, and responding. Yoga teaches me that progress is not always about perfection, but about patience and persistence. It shows me that strength comes from within — not just in the body, but also in the mind that stays steady when things get tough.

Today, I honour my body for showing up, my breath for guiding me, and my spirit for staying open. Grateful for the energy, the effort, and the joy of movement that remind me I am truly alive.
