19 Nov 2025 – Grateful for Progress and Support on My Yoga Journey

Today, I am grateful for achieving another yoga milestone. With the help of my yoga master, I managed to get into a seated forward fold with my legs lifted up, a pose I never imagined I could do just a few months ago.

It was not easy. My body felt challenged, stretched, and pushed in all the right ways. But with the right alignment, support from props, and gentle but steady guidance from my teacher, my body opened up and allowed me to experience the pose fully.

I am especially thankful for my yoga master, whose patience, encouragement, and clear instructions helped me move past my own mental barriers. He guided me safely into the position, supporting my back and legs so I could feel the posture without strain. His smile and confidence in me made all the difference.

Moments like this remind me that yoga is not just about flexibility or strength. It is about trust, connection, and learning to work with my body instead of against it. Every small breakthrough becomes a reminder of what consistency, breath, and good guidance can create.

I feel grateful, empowered, and inspired to continue growing in my practice. Yoga truly teaches me that with the right support, I can go further than I thought possible.
