26 Nov 2026 – Grateful for My Yoga Community and a Day of Learning

Today, I am grateful for my wonderful yoga classmates who made my practice so enriching and meaningful. I clocked one hour of teaching with my classmate and instead of a standard session, we explored partner yoga together. She patiently taught me how to get into headstand and shoulder stand, guiding me step by step, giving me confidence to try poses I used to shy away from. We even tried a few interesting partner poses that stretched both body and trust. I am thankful to G for her guidance, support, and encouragement.

For the second hour, I supported another classmate in his teaching. He conducted a beautiful sound bath workshop using singing bowls, gentle asanas, chanting, and meditation. It was my first time experiencing a sound bath and it felt incredibly calming, especially after an intensive workout. The vibrations, the stillness, and the softness of the practice helped me reset my mind and body.

After class, we went for kopi and had a deep conversation about letting go of resentment. He shared kind and thoughtful advice, reminding me how important it is to free the heart from heaviness. He even treated me to a cup of tea, which I truly appreciated.

Today reminded me how blessed I am to be surrounded by classmates who support, teach, and uplift one another. Grateful for learning, for sharing, and for the gentle wisdom exchanged both on and off the mat. 🌿🧘‍♀️💛
