30 Dec 2025 – Grateful for Closing the Year with Yoga

Today marked my last yoga training session of the year, and I’m feeling deeply grateful as I reflect on how far this journey has taken me.

Master Ram guided me through more advanced movements today, sharing that he felt my breath work, flexibility, and strength have all improved. Hearing that meant a lot, especially after a year of consistent practice, learning, and patience. Progress in yoga often comes quietly, and moments like this remind me that the work does show up in the body and breath.

The practice was intense. We worked through deep standing backbends and revisited headstands, challenging both physical strength and mental focus. It was demanding, but it also felt empowering and deeply satisfying.

I spent three hours at the studio today, closing off a year of yoga discovery with presence and intention. Yoga has taught me so much this year, not just about movement, but about listening, persistence, and respecting the body’s pace.

As I step away from the mat for the year, I feel grateful for good teachers, a strong practice, and the quiet confidence that comes from steady progress. Ending the year this way feels grounding, meaningful, and complete.
