22 Jan 2026 – Grateful for time to do Yoga

I am grateful for making time to attend my yoga class today. Each practice reminds me how important it is to care for my body, not just for how it looks, but for how it supports me through life.

I am feeling stronger and healthier now, and that feeling brings a quiet sense of reassurance. Being at the start of my 50s has given me a new clarity. Health is no longer something to take for granted or postpone. It is something to actively nurture and protect.

Today, I renewed a promise to myself to take care of my body and mind. To move regularly, to listen more closely, and to make choices that support a long and healthy life. I am not just thinking about longevity, but about health span, living well, staying mobile, clear minded, and energised for the years ahead.

Yoga continues to be a steady anchor in this journey. It keeps me connected to my breath, my strength, and my inner balance. I am grateful for the practice, for the discipline to show up, and for the commitment to honour myself at this stage of life.

Grateful for strength gained, lessons learned, and a promise I intend to keep.
