I am an artist, yoga instructor, and wellness learner exploring the connection between creativity, movement, and inner balance. After years in corporate life, I now bring together painting, yoga, Ayurveda learning, and mindful living as part of a more meaningful path. My work is especially suited to people looking for a gentle, observant, and supportive entry into practice.
